This is a 7 min workout for a better postural control.
There is an old advice given by many professionals working in the field of health and wellness whenever they come across ppl with bad posture... "Think about your posture"...."Think about how you sitt or stand". That advice is not a bad advice it just doesn't work like that. It is next to impossible to be mindful of your posture while playing in a competitive envoirment. The moment you start thinking about the relations between your ears and your shoulder is one split second you won't be thinking of what happens in the game. Gravity is the main bad guy here and you need to bring a good posture and the strength to resist gravity at all time. Good personalized ergonomics i also important but in this workout we train the body to resist the force of gravity.
